Job Description


Remote:

This position does not require employee to be on-site full-time to perform most effectively. The employee’s role enables them to work off-site on a permanent basis.


This person should understand our tools’ technical capabilities to execute our efforts. This person is responsible for strategically and operationally enabling the OnStar brand and Connected Services products through CRM. We need this person to develop customer journeys and own an understanding of the brand, our business needs, digital engagement, and attitudes toward safety. We will look to you to develop strategic recommendations through leveraging members of the broader CRM & Digital team. This position works in partnership with the greater CRM team, digital business team marketing leads and sales partners, and additionally collaborates with IT and vendor partners. There will be additional tasks related to team workload management and oversight.


Responsibilities Include

  • Project management and intake of program requests for support from team of CRM Strategists
  • Oversight of all planned outbound communications across team, to assist with strategy, coordination, prioritization, and throughput
  • Ensuring that all communication plans sent to customers/prospects are accurate, ladder up to OnStar’s and Connected Service’s KPIs and goals, and have success measurement planning
  • Serve as a liaison between business, IT, and marketing
  • Looking for opportunities to upskill, improve, and evolve CRM campaigns and overall marketing plans; a focus on continuous improvement


Preferences

  • 3+ years CRM and/or MarTech experience
  • A successful candidate should have experience project managing teams to execute marketing campaigns
  • Channel mix expertise including direct mail, email, SMS, push, digital, social, and mobile channels
  • Experience with Adobe (or similar) tech stack; experience with Adobe Campaign preferred
  • This person is a Subject Matter Expert on communication laws/regulations for EM, DM, SMS
  • Understanding of writing and managing process documents
  • Desire to understand business challenges of the organization and industry as a whole

  • Compensation: The median level of salary compensation for this role is $ 102,111.04 USD Annual
