Joining one of the global leaders in hospitality, you will be part of Accor’s Sales, Marketing, Distribution and Loyalty (SMDL) organization, working within the CRM Operational Excellence team. You will be in charge of supporting HUBs with your expertise and recommendations to improve campaign performance and play an active role in the operational implementation of marketing cloud as the group transitions from Adobe to Salesforce.
Main responsibilities
Global Campaign management
- Ensure timely delivery of activation initiatives and central campaigns as the group transitions from Adobe to Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Getting to know perfectly our brands, you will work with brand leaders and other relevant stakeholders to communicate about globally and customer relevant information in coordination with our HUBs worldwide
CRM community & Operational expertise
- You work alongside your colleagues on the operational implementation of Salesforce Marketing cloud with the ambition to guide HUBs in system usage and supporting positive business outcome
- You excel in operational campaign management supporting HUBs in executing their campaigns where needed while being an active advisor to optimize local campaign management and targeting
- In line with the team's ambition to establish a service-provider oriented approach, you actively and regularly share & document best practices across the network
- Spotting trends in Customer Activation through regular research and benchmarking to foster a culture of best-in class campaign management
Performance
- For your respective perimeter, ensure monthly follow-up of Campaign performance and recommendation of actions towards stakeholders for further improvements
- Provide knowledge and figures to adapt local communication (feeder markets, specific analysis, AB tests results…)
Formation & experience
- Master’s degree in digital Mkt or related
- 3-5 years experience in campaign management and CRM operations on agency/client side
- Experienced with both, Adobe campaign and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
