We're creating a more convenient, fun, and responsible way to play the lottery by modernizing the $300B global lottery market with a mobile platform that everyone, including grandma, can feel good about.

Jackpocket Interactive is seeking a CRM Associate to help grow our business across the customer journey as we launch and expand our igaming offerings. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our day to day operations across multiple marketing channels (i.e. email, push notifications, SMS text, in-app messaging). You will help develop, manage, and execute campaigns and programs that strengthen Jackpocket's relationship with our users. You will use customer-driven insights to develop initiatives that help us meet our revenue and engagement goals. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, data-driven, creative, and always ready to learn.


  • Support the end-to-end management of daily email and push notification campaigns; including campaign set up, performance tracking, and reporting
  • Help conceptualize and execute multi-channel CRM initiatives that generate revenue and user base growth
  • Recommend A/B tests and marketing automations that optimize CRM efforts, utilizing data to make well-informed decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our Creative team to develop new marketing assets, organizing ideas in briefs and managing projects through completion
  • Ensure that all campaigns are flawless and adhere to channel best practices, thoroughly testing / QA'ing before deploying to users
  • Maintain reports and dashboards, while presenting results to team and senior leadership


  • 2+ years in consumer marketing, with an emphasis in lifecycle, retention, loyalty and engagement
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Familiarity with Braze or other marketing automation tools
  • Experience leveraging with customer data to produce impactful marketing initiatives
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross functionally (Product, Creative, Analytics)
  • Experience executing on a high volume of deliverables in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • An understanding of marketing communication principles, consumer marketing and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in iGaming
  • Customer focused, detailed oriented, creative, and highly driven
  • Strong analytical skills (experience with Looker and Excel a plus)
  • Working knowledge of HTML
  • Experience working in a startup environment, ability to adapt to rapid business growth and major process changes at scale

The annual base compensation range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000

This is a full-time exempt position and is not eligible for overtime under FLSA requirements.
