Impact Philips’ engagement with our Health System customers by designing end-to-end engagement solutions for D2B marketing CRM.

This role resides at the edge of Marketing and sales
You are responsible for
- Improving Philips lead generation and lead management experience in terms of generating more quality leads
- Designing end-to-end solutions supporting campaign, lead management
- Working in close partnership with the Philips product owners and external partners to define and deliver the B2B CRM roadmap for both Marketing and Sales
- Designing end-to-end solutions supporting campaign, lead management
- Deploying new developments to markets, business and digital services, drive adoption and organize for after care
You are a part of
The Digital Platforms Customer Engagement & Care team, working to manage the technical platforms used by Philips globally to manage customer experience across channels. The team collaborates with all stakeholders at Philips who use our platforms, as well as with IT and partners.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Masters degree and comfortable with MarTech stack
- Thorough understanding of dataflows and databases
- Able to think conceptually and translate into briefings to platform owners and developers
- Natural and pro-active communicator able to influence stakeholders
- Able to translate complex matters into a simple language
- Willing to dive into code
- Broad understanding of platforms and tools in general
- Deep knowledge of B2B multi digital channel experience design and tooling
- In-depth knowledge and experience in B2B CRM. Preferably SFDC sales cloud and at least one Marketing automation platform
- Experience with working in large multi-national company
- Project management
- Understand complex data ecosystems
- Have understanding of B2B marketing and sales and where they meet
- Process design
