About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our growing Product team in New York. In this role you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our CRM marketing for retention and growth programs. You will partner closely with the Marketing team to ensure alignment with paid marketing re-engagement activities and consistency of messaging."
Responsibilities
- Create compelling multi-part marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messages, to engage existing customers across their lifecycle
- Work with internal teams to triage requests, gather requirements, and then drive the development process, including set-up & build, QA, deployment, and measurement
- Continuously test, learn and iterate on our lifecycle strategy and identify the best performing content and messages across audiences and stages
- Manage day-to-day decisions about audience segmentation, personalization, testing and campaign management
- Report on KPIs, set goals, and oversee measurement & reporting for the CRM team
- Be the expert of our CRM tech stack and liaise with external vendors
- Troubleshoot issues with our platform as they arise
- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and uphold data governance standards to ensure everything is compliant
- Keep a close watch on competitors and other sources of industry news & inspiration
About You

- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Data-driven, analytical mindset with the ability to formulate and translate insights into action with measurable results
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent time management skills
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in product or marketing including 2+ years of managing email campaigns
- Strong understanding of email fundamentals: list management, deliverability, segmentation, KPIs
- Expertise in ESP, preferably Braze
- Understanding of HTML / CSS coding is a bonus
- SQL skills
