Our CRM & Email Marketing Manager will be a creative and data-driven thinker with the ability to see trends and extract actionable insights from data to drive results. Your (Sun)days with us
- Create strategies and execute campaigns to engage our customer base, drive first orders, and repeat customers through email and SMS
- Building out audience segments for our customer and consumer lists
- Developing customer journeys and email flows for audience segments
- Creating and executing optimized nurture programs for customer leads
- Create and execute email flows for consumers that build brand engagement
- Develop retention strategies that enable 1:1 marketing personalization for each customer and lead
- Develop and evaluate A/B tests to continually improve performance while analyzing and reporting out on key metrics
- Partner with marketing and cross functional partners
- Identify KPIs and reports needed to continue growing the CRM program
- Plan CRM campaigns that will increase repeat purchases, including email, SMS, direct mail, content, push notifications, referral, and/or media channels
- Own and report on list metrics for email/sms/direct mail
- Conduct robust Quality Assurance of all campaigns and automations ensuring error-free deployment
- Management and ongoing review and audit of evergreen and recurring initiatives to recommend fresh, optimized approaches for future executions
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong creative and data-driven thinker; able to see trends and to extract actionable insights from data to drive results
- Excellent project management, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills coupled with strong social and communication skills to collaborate effectively with sales, training/education, creative team and marketers
- Understanding success metrics for each initiative and articulate and prioritize analytics requirements to solve most important customer problems
- Email coding (HTML/CSS)
- Hands on experience with ESPs, such as Klaviyo, Sailthru, Iterable, etc
- Experience with email or SMS personalization and dynamic coding
- Familiar with email compliance and GDPR
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of LTV drivers
- 3+ years experience managing an email/sms program
- 3+ experience designing, building, and launching successful email engagement programs, specifically lifecycle/nurture programs
- Loyalty and general retention experience
