Moss is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an experienced and hands-on CRM & Email Marketing Manager (m/f/d) for our Berlin office. Remote working is possible as well if you are based outside Berlin.


What you will do:

  • Responsible for content and technology for intelligent lead nurturing through email drip campaigns, lead scoring and workflow automation
  • Designs, implements and optimizes automated email sequences to engage, qualify and convert Moss leads into sales demos, supported by our copywriting team
  • Works closely with the Performance Marketing Lead and the CRO & Landing Page UX Expert to communicate holistically and individually and to optimize conversion rates
  • Internal strategic, technical and content owner and expert for HubSpot, from the initial implementation to planning and setting up all workflows, lead scoring logic, email messages and analytics
  • Works in close coordination with internal Salesforce and Sales team to set up and streamline automated lead handoff to Salesforce
  • Defines, measures and reports KPIs for all elements of a sequence, independently develops approaches for optimization


What you bring to the table:

  • 3 years of relevant experience in B2B online marketing with a focus on marketing automation, email marketing/CRM and lead nurturing
  • Strategic thinker and conceptually strong in the planning and structuring of e-mail cadences, adept at working with copywriters and performance marketers to implement holistic campaigns and lead leads to their goals
  • Extensive practical experience and track record in planning, implementing and optimizing automated email cadences and campaigns as well as lead scoring logics, ideally in multiple markets
  • Technically and content-savvy HubSpot expert (both for implementation and application) and experience in working with Salesforce and Sales Teams
  • Knows how good emails are designed and structured in terms of content (sender, subject lines, address, content, offers, CTAs, etc.) and tests them systematically
  • Data and KPI driven, good communication skills and strong project manager
  • Fluent English and German (preferred but not mandatory)
