About You

  • You are an email guru and CRM ninja – you know your way through Salesforce Marketing Cloud like nobody’s business.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full scope of our CRM and email programs – strategy, execution, measurement, and optimization.
  • Segment & define audiences inside Salesforce to deliver tailored, customized messages at key points in customer lifecycle.
  • Build and manage journeys inside Salesforce Marketing Cloud to address key customer activities – acquisition, activation, engagement & retention.
  • A/B test all elements our email & customer communication process including the order, frequency and timing of various email journeys, the content and design of emails, and the segmentation of audiences.
  • Build and manage journeys inside Salesforce Marketing Cloud to address key customer activities – acquisition, activation, engagement & retention.
  • Create and track relevant KPIs for our email & customer communications programs – conversion rates, click-through-rates, open rates, deliverability, etc.
