The Role:

In this role, you will build and deploy all Mulberry email marketing campaigns, managing and optimising the day to day running of the campaigns and automated emails. You will work closely withe the Senior CRM Executive to to plan our email activity and supporting with our database growth strategy with a particular focus on UK, China, Korea, US and Japan.


Hybrid working applies to this role, meaning you can work 50% of your time from our beautiful office in Kensington and 50% of your time from home.


Duties & Responsibilities:


Email Marketing

· Assist the Senior Email Executive to develop the Email & CRM marketing strategy.

· Manage the email marketing calendar, own the build and deployment of all email campaigns through the Salesforce platform.

· Work with the Global Marketing teams, local regional teams and Digital Marketing team to plan the global email marketing campaigns, including any translated, franchisee or partner requests.

· Brief the Digital Designers and Copywriter on upcoming email marketing campaigns and work closely with them to achieve optimised email creative and messaging.

· Ensure all emails are built within the Salesforce content builder and sent out to the relevant customer lists.

· Work closely with Senior Email Executive on a testing strategy & support with weekly reporting.

· Work with the Digital Marketing team to produce relevant success metrics for the email channel, which can be applicable to all email campaigns.

· Work closely with the Customer Insights team to optimise all emails to drive revenue & customer engagement for each customer life stage.

· Assist the team in email systems integration when required.

· Assist in briefing the technology agency in development of any new triggered emails and development updates of the transactional emails.

· Provide support on project research as required.


CRM

· Work with the Digital Marketing team and Customer & Data team to develop a cohesive Mulberry CRM program and implement with the digital aspect of the program, including database analysis, customer profiling, segmentation and retargeting activities.

· Facilitate any database integrations and enhance the flow of customer data between all systems with a view to creating a single, in-house Mulberry database.

· Consider improvements and opportunities for data capture to increase the database quality and volume via partnerships and online email incentives, particularly in new or key markets.

· Deliver the monthly reporting on overall performance and growth of the customer database.

· Support on blue sky thinking, bringing fresh & exciting Ideas to the team.

Skills & Experience Required:

· Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience of planning & executing email marketing campaigns.

· Experience of hands-on email campaign management, implementation and optimisation with ROI targets.

· Web analytics, email platform reporting knowledge & presentation skills.

· Excellent communications skills.

· Strong knowledge of Excel.

· Experience working with email service platforms (Salesforce & Movable Ink in particular).

· A broad understanding and passion for marketing & customer journeys.

· Ability to take the initiative and be proactive, anticipating problems and offering effective solutions.

· Flexible and able to adapt to change.

· High level of attention to detail is essential.

· Ability to build strong internal and external relationships and interact with people at all levels.

· A collaborative and diplomatic team player who is well-organised and efficient with strong planning and prioritisation capabilities.

· Able to work towards and hit business deadlines.

· Enthusiastic about the Mulberry brand and its innovative approach to digital.

· An interest and understanding of the digital and luxury fashion landscape.

· Happy to have a “hands on” approach to working across a wide variety of ad hoc tasks to ensure the smooth running of a busy digital environment.
