This role coordinates assets for the day-to-day production of email and mobile marketing campaigns and assists with related marketing and technology projects. The coordinator will support American Eagle Outfitters Inc Brands.


  • Coordinate across merchandising, planning, marketing, and IT the design, production, proofing, approvals and delivery of email and mobile campaigns by required deadlines.
  • Partner with the database marketing team to communicate target audience requirements and segmentation across brands and campaigns.
  • Work with creative and engineering teams to ensure accuracy of creative & HTML hand off.
  • Work closely with third party vendors to communicate campaign requirements and outline milestone dates.
  • Secure appropriate promotion codes and campaign disclosures/terms & conditions. 
  • Review email/mobile proofs to ensure accurate content and audience selection.
  • Assist with reporting and email/mobile marketing metrics/analysis.
  • Assist with implementation of new initiatives, testing cadence and special email projects.
  • Track competitive programs and marketplace trends and keep abreast of email/mobile best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business
  • High proficiency in digital technology
  • High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail


  • 1-2 years Marketing experience. Omni-channel retailer preferred.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, project management & planning skills
  • Understanding of customer relationship marketing
