About the consulting role:

Amino has built a modern, user-friendly healthcare navigation app that empowers users to make informed and confident decisions around their healthcare. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated (freelance or contractor) individual to support our Member Engagement team. In this role, you will work closely with our Member Engagement leadership, Ty Peterson, and our Product and Engineering teams to maintain and improve our Braze instance to support our Member Engagement goals.

Expected commitment: 10 hours a week. US-based candidates only.

• Provide consultation, implementation, and testing of lifecycle journey designs
• Create and execute email campaigns triggered by user actions in Amino using synced event data
• Develop custom emails using HTML, CSS and live on device testing
• Implement segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content using APIs and webhooks
• Manage mobile push and in-app messaging campaigns
• Support data planning and governance related to lifecycle marketing needs
• Track and report on conversions using tools to be determined

Qualifications - this is a contract role and we will limit consideration to contractors who bring the following experience:

• Must have experience with Braze
• Strong understanding of email marketing, segmentation, and personalization
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and live on device testing
• Familiarity with APIs and webhooks
• Experience with mobile push and in-app messaging
• Strong data governance and planning skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
