Job Description

  • The Campaign Automation Manager is responsible for collaborating with other team members to execute multiple email campaigns per week under rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced environment by selecting optimal merchandise to be promoted to unique customer segments using sales and behavioral data.
  • Coordinates site promotion and paid advertising placement in each mail with other areas of the business.
  • Uses Customer Relationship Management applications to create email campaigns.
  • Works within a team environment to plan email themes and segmentation strategies.
  • Monitors the email marketing competitive field and implements pro-active changes as innovative technology, policies and trends develop.
  • Proactively identifies and troubleshoots multiple issues in complex programs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and communicates with other departments about email creative, promotions, and paid advertising.
  • Use Customer Relationship Management applications to create email campaigns and segmentation.
  • Analyzes email campaign results and recommend changes for future email campaigns.
  • Test and ensure quality of email campaigns with team members prior to campaign launch.
  • Help other team members complete reporting and special assignments.
  • Monitor the email marketing field and implement initiative-taking changes to our department as innovative technology, policies, and trends develop.
  • Proactively identify and trouble-shoot multiple issues in complex programs.
  • Detailed and timely completion of additional special projects.
  • Perform other duties as required and assigned by manager and upper management.
  • Follow legal policies as directed.

Job Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, meticulous, solid business sense, and good problem-solving abilities.
  • One year of hands-on experience in email preferred.
  • Time management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Braze a plus, but not required.
  • Extraordinarily strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to manage operational schedules and production work.
  • Availability to work beyond normal business hours (including weekends), as needed.
  • Familiarity with SQL and/or HTML a plus, but not required.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Business Management or related field.

Base Pay Range

$48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Physical Requirements

This position requires you to sit, stand and perform general office functions. You may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Bending, stooping and reaching are also frequently required.
