Title: Associate CRM Manager
Reports to: CRM Manager
Nuuly is on the forefront of retail innovation, a subscription rental business offering amazing fashion with less impact on the wallet and planet. Nuuly is seeking an experienced individual to manage CRM campaigns. The ideal candidate comes with a proven ability to increase sales and retention of customers. This candidate should be an expert in data-driven segmentation strategy and comfortable overseeing execution across email, push and SMS channels. ●Oversee implementation of Nuuly CRM campaigns, including segmentation, testing, and technical execution
●Develop and manage SMS/Push strategy ensuring the implementation of best practices to maximize deliverability and maintain appropriate segmentation and cadence for our customers
●Partner with CRM Manager and CRM Coordinator to develop and execute strategies for driving Nuuly Thrift and Nuuly Rent growth and increasing customer value
●Act as expert on audiences and segmentation, partnering with growth team to provide relevant audience data and recommendations
●Report on marketing results to larger organization assessing results against relevant KPIs and turn the learnings into actionable next steps
●Partner with Brand Marketing, Creative, and Merchandising teams on day-to-day execution of sms, push notification, etc.
●Partner with product and UX teams to make CRM and promotional feature requests, relaying business requirements, expected impact, and following up with results post feature launch
●Partner with Analytics team on gathering and distributing impactful data to invoke changes in the day-to-day business
●3-5 years of relevant experience
●Experience executing campaigns in Braze, Salesforce, or Eloqua preferred
●Willingness and excitement to create long-term and short-term strategies to encourage customer retention/growth
●Have a player/coach mindset, with the willingness and ability to step into execution if necessary.
●Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization from external vendors to Nuuly leadership
●Analytical mindset, ability to analyze data and surface insights and optimizations, Looker/GA experience preferred
●Possessing intellectual curiosity, a customer-centric and data-driven mindset
●A collaborative, ‘team-first’ attitude alongside an entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to move quickly
●Experience creating and reporting out data to larger teams
●HTML experience preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, analytics, or a related field
