The Associate CRM Manager will be an essential player in the planning and execution of At Home’s marketing campaigns. This role will be responsible for managing the CRM campaigns primarily in the email and SMS channels beginning from creative briefing to execution, and will assist with post-campaign reporting. This role reports to the Senior Manager of CRM

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities


  • Own weekly email briefs that clearly communicate the campaign messaging, content and CTA strategy
  • Manage campaign timelines, including brief deadlines, product SKU list requests, photo requests and last minute changes
  • Manage the development of each email creative in weekly internal reviews including communicating strategy/goals when presenting creative for approval to Team Members and clearly convey feedback changes to the creative team and project manage merchant feedback prior to campaign approval
  • Manage and organize campaign link tables, QA and approve email deployment
  • Manage weekly testing to improve email metrics (subject line testing, creative testing, etc.)
  • Assist in weekly campaign set-up
  • Partner closely with CRM and Creative team members to execute weekly campaigns in a fast-paced environment
  • Partner with the Integrated Marketing team to ensure campaign creative meets overall company brand tone and includes accurate promotional details/information
  • Optimize and implement best practices within the Email program with an eye for scalable efficiency and automation
  • Assist the Senior CRM Manager in the delivery of post campaign analysis

 

Qualifications

 

  • 2-3 years experience in Email marketing and automation. Ideally in the retail environment, B2C experience preferred
  • Experience using Email Marketing Platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Bonus points if you have used email personalization tools like Movable Ink, Curalate, Certona or similar products
  • Attention to detail must be a key strength
  • Basic experience with reporting tools with desire to grow and learn more
  • Foundational experience managing triggered/automated email campaigns with rigorous A/B/multi-variate testing a plus
  • Good working knowledge of briefings and experience partnering with Creative teams
  • Engaged and up-to-date on email marketing trends and best practices
